In episode 15 we interviewed Maggie Rains, Wendy’s daughter, about the loss of her dad. In this episode you’ll hear from Wendy about the loss of her husband and the struggles of becoming a widow so unexpectedly at a young age. This story is raw and beautiful. While grief comes with a tangled ball of many emotions and we should take time to feel them and process them, we have a choice of what we do with the emotions.
